School Account Setup

EngagingWelcome back to school!

Every year we need to either setup your new accounts or organize your existing ones to ensure they will be efficient and effective tools in your learning this year.

We provide you, students, with different access to a variety of online tools depending on your age/grade level.

You are provided an account from the school that is used for school purposes. You, the students, are in control of your password but you cannot select the username or email address. We will be changing passwords and discussing what makes them strong and how to keep them private.

We strongly encourage your parents to take an active role in understanding what you are learning and want you, the student, to know that you should be sharing your blog, Google account, Edmodo, etc…with your parents so they can be part of your personal learning network (PLN)

You will be posting your amazing creations (Stories, Graphs, Images, ToonDoo, etc…) to your blog throughout the year.

Why blog?

SHOW what you have learned.
SHARE work you are proud of.
CONNECT with other people through posts and comments.
REFLECT on what you have learned.
PRACTICE being a good digital citizen.
